  Inertia Team are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel really informed that I know what is going on with my treatment. The Physios take the time to explain and genuinely care. Always willing to accommodate my preferred appointment time. Can even book online which is so convenient. The location is immaculately presented and always clean. Located at Health @ Hindmarsh, so very convenient to Doctors, Pathology, Pharmacy etc! Heaps of Parking. Highly recommended.

  I was never advised of the policy during sign-in or even on phone by admin staff, when I called to re-schedule my appointment . When I questioned admin staff, I was advised that it will be waived off but few days later received a non-attendance fees invoice with notice to pay within 7 days otherwise will be passed onto debt collectors.

  I have had nothing but overwhelming success from the number of work cover cases I have had Inertia Therapy work on. Very accommodating, personable with very quick results, which is outstanding for a small business. Highly recommend.

  Be careful and make sure you read the entire policy when you sign-in, I was never informed of there strict policy of cancelling appointment 4 hours prior, otherwise they will charge you non-attendance fees of $30.
